Mekakucity Actors and Nanana’s Buried Treasure seem to be the one ones on that list with any actual plot at all.
Mekakucity is quite good for me, the one i really got a problem with is one week friend
one week friends looks like an anime for teenage girl... which i'll try not to criticize.

That's because it is one. I'd say it's highly unlikely for guys to really enjoy an anime for this demographic... for the plot.
Go to the charapedia website, realize it's just a random anime site. Realize that polls like "Which character would you like to keep as a pet" last 5 days and have about 500 people voting..
Really is no need to take it "seriously"..
though the first two are pretty good anime so far

Bokura wa Minna Kawai-sou ranked so low? In all honesty, it's more interesting than GaWoRare at least.

The only good thing about Bokura is that it's pretty.
The character are 1 note boring cliches.
it's a slice-of-life. everyone make the drama; not a single character.
Bokura has a lot of meta-fictional awareness.
Bokura is not afraid to hang lampshades on the cliches and smirk with the audience saying, "Yes, we recognize that these are cliches."
So basically nothing Bakemonogatari and NishioIshin hasn't done already to a relatively better level.
What is One Week Friends?
a.k.a Isshuukan Friends. Romantic high-school drama.
Slice of Life school anime about a guy that tries to become friends with a girl who loses her memory every week.
Isshuukan Friends.
An Anime version of 50 First Dates.

I never heard about it too, so it's really wonder, how can it be the 1#.
How can you have never heard of it? It's not like it was being hidden from viewers...seriously.
Basically, this girl have memory problems. Her memory of her "Friends" gets erased every monday. IF she didn't see you as a friend, she'll remember just fine. Also her memories of her family isn't affected.
And then story begins when one boy wants to be friends with her no matter what.
It's a the usual heart warming story.
Again, it's nice - but it's no #1 plot at all. It'll be forgotten a few weeks after it airs just like most everything else.
