The first gif., you can see her panties. It's just a very small part of it, but you really can see it (only if you could freeze that frame to see it clearly). :)
Some browsers let you pause GIF animations by pressing ESC, but that doesn't help here because all that does is close the GIF window. Why not save the GIF file and open it in something like GIMP? You can then hide the layers in turn until you get to the frame you want. Or get the original and just single-step when you get to the good bits?
Use gif scrubber add on for chrome instead of nerding around.

today I learned that opening an image in an image editor is "nerding around" using chrome addons is obviously what normal people do.
GIMP doesn't allow for external animation files. You would need Photoshop.
