Kill la Kill brought us a major nudefest ending. A fitting way to end this awesome anime. Well that is it for now. And thank you so much for the joy ride, Trigger.
It was great wasn't it? Things are definitively looking promising for Trigger.
As I was watching it I couldn't stop noticing how it continued to be predictably poetic while retaining surprising twists. They very skillfully remade Gurren Lagan in feeling without aping it in plot.
I'd like to see any-fucking-body try to be that badass: "Oh, the series is just about done, what can we do... OH I KNOW, LET'S STRIP EVERY FUCKING PERSON IN THE CANON UNIVERSE DOWN TO BARE FUCKING SKIN!
Bitches don't even know how to handle this anime."
The only thing that could make this more badass is if somehow people watching the final episode were cured of cancer.

The demise of Senketsu was obvious to me, with the world pretty much free of life fibers there was no other way to allow Ryuko to live a normal life while he was still around. He died a hero, in a human kind of way by shielding her descent into the atmosphere.
Ryuuko is still a life fiber human hybrid. You could potentially recreate a life fiber strand from her tissues.
