Accelerator is like my fav character it, his character development from bad guy to anti hero is some of the best ever done in Japan.

Accelerator is an anti hero in every definition of the word though Chen. He doesn't have much in the way of heroic qualities but he's a lot more interesting and has a lot of depth to his character. Also sorry about my appalling grammar above. He still technically is a hero but as said he's not a goody goody guy with a lot of the virtuous qualities you'd expect.

Because seeing characters outright naked can be quite boring and wearing little leaves something to one's imagination. People invented lingerie for the same reason.
