I find this statement so linguistically funny.
ib4: is a TLA for a 2 word contruction. "b4" sounds like "before" alright but "in" doesn't get properly reproduced. Thus it is neither a proper acronym nor a phonetic contruction.
It expands into "in before..." but what does that mean anyway? It's basically a shortened form of "let me interrupt to say this before..."
Then we get NTRs, a third person conjugation of an abbreviation taken as a verb.
NTR is amusing in its own right. It is not a proper abbreviation either, nor is it an acronym. Basically it's a "kanjification" of the latin alphabet. Using letters to represent whole ideas. It gets better, the way Japanese works is that signs from Chinese origins are conjugated into Japanese by use of a local phonetic syllabary. So the expression "NTRs" is just extending the practice to the latin alphabet.
Finally NTR is an adjective derived from 2 verbs smashed together. Turning it into a verb again means the contruction expands to:
"...the black guys sleep-stoleneds everyone"
Where "stoleneds" is a present tense, third person, singular form of a verb deribed from an adjective deribed from the very same verb.
Let's be charitable and simplify it as "steals":
"In before [comma] the black guy sleep-steals everyone"
I'll just finish by commenting that "sleep" is an euphemism and a synecdoche in both culures.

I love K-On!, so I must disagree.
One of the reasons K-On! is so great is that it ended very well. It was a natural point in the progression of the characters; it wasn't a sudden "hey we're out of episodes, but eh who cares" type of cut-off; and K-On season two did not detract from season one, but added to it.
You know, the complete opposite of Chu2. The napping competition and the Dekomori/Fake Mori Summer battles were the ONLY things in season two that were worth wading through the rest of the crap for. In fact, the continuation of the story for season two actually diminishes the story of season one. Which is sadly all too common in anime.
That's why I don't want more K-ON -- like Chu2 shows, trying to squeeze out more when more isn't there just ruins what you already have.
