Fighting game Phantom Breaker, producers 5pb and the hugely prolific Hiro Suzuhira, the lady responsible for designing their characters, have received a fully translated English language artbook release detailing some of their artistic exploits.

I love generic anime characters, that's why I feel like I was blessed to have all this stuff just in a bit different flavor each iteration.

He means the main Phantom Breaker game, not the shitty spinoff.
But the Phantom Breaker games actually do get released outside Japan...
