The rampant popularity of animal videos and Sailor Moon has combined, with a recent video having appeared online showcasing the fanciful critter cosplay of several lovable chihuahuas adorned in the renowned skirts of the pretty soldier Sailor Scouts, preparing the fearless dogs for combat against the evil forces of the Negaverse and doubtless contributing a substantial future cosplay component to the Japanese love of clothing their dogs.

I'm not a fan of dogs either though I wouldn't say I hate them. A majority of dog owners I've met are fucking morons that don't take care of them properly. I meet maybe one nice dog out of hundreds of other ones when jogging on a trail in my neighborhood(I'm talking biting me or running into me because they're off of a leash). There are also signs posted that tell them they should be on a leash. I've even seen people have their dog shit then just leave it on the ground or even funnier pick it up then just dump the bag on the ground.
Get better dogs, french pugs or corgis or some shit that ain't ratlike.
It's Japan. Can't they squeeze in a Shiba Inu or an Akita Inu into the outfit?
