By way of promotion of the upcoming advent of Idolmaster: One for All, Namco Bandai and Hori have made a trio of suitably idolatrous PS3 controllers available, each adorned with the silhouette of one of Idolmaster’s cute signature idols – albeit with more in the way of tacky plaid than pretty art, though they at least provide a relief from the usual onslaught of DLC.
The controllers come with a 3M USB cable as well as a cleaning cloth, with each controller available through the usual channels – they are scheduled for release May 15th, to align with Idolmaster: One for All’s launch.

Doesn't this website usually report on random otaku garbage? They'll certainly report on anything idolmaste related. No surprise here.
^some random anon garbage popped up
Hey, I generally feast on random otaku garbage so I'm fine with it!

Oh wait, PS3. That's so last gen. Who cares at this point?
80+ million PS3 owners that haven't transitioned into the new gen yet, which would be roughly ~70 million of us.
maybe a little over-embellishment, just a tad? lol but yeah, PS3 is still alive and kicking with a lot more games coming out, I won't be dropping off until the PS4 gets a lot more next-gen titles. Most of the games out now are also ported to the PS3.
I'd still be using my PS3 for PS3 games if I had a PS4 (cloud? hah...), which won't be anytime soon anyways...
They will keep releasing games for the PS3 for a while yet, I foresee the PS3 remaining my JRPG console for at least another year before games start to move to the PS4.
I care. Maybe I get myself a PS3 this year. It's a console with a vast game library and everything is cheap.
I don’t have nor plan to have a PS3, yet I have their controller. They have very good features and quality for the price and work out of the box in my PC.
The PS3 controller is going to outlive the PS3, and that's saying a lot.
Isn't the PS3 controller basically a PS2 controller which was basically a PSX controller after it got the analogue stick upgrade since Nintendo reinvented it for the N64?
And the PS4 controller is basically a PS3 controller which was basically a PS2 controller...
the point is, the PS3 controller makes for a great PC controller which is cheaper than getting a PS4 controller, that's why it'll still sell
DS3 is SHIT, the triggers sucked, the accelerometer was broken as fuck & the plastic molding was flimsy as best. The DS2 was superior to that piece of shit. And the DS4 is the first major publicly released redesign since Sony added analog sticks to the original PS1 controller.
(Over at friends house when i was a kid)
Friend: "I'm player one. Here, use this controller"
*Hands me shitty Hori/Madcatz/Nyko etc controller while he uses the original controller.
"It's my home, my controller"
Ever single time.
So pls don't buy shitty controllers. And especially these look extra hidous and they seem to cost as much as originals.
Hori has excellent track record when it comes to peripherals and controllers, I don't know what you're smoking. Madcatz, Nyko, Pelican, and other 3rd party peripheral makers I can agree with, however.
ain't nobody gonna use these controllers. they're obviously for collection, duh.
>Hori
Could it be? Someone from NZ on Sankaku?
That's unreal yo
Hori sounds like "whore" for a reason kid.
uh no, not even close. except with murican tongue.
Hori is shitty? Hey, in some cases, you can take the original controller. On 360, my Hori EX 2 Turbo will be cruising while you wreck your thumb on that original controller.
>implying Hori is terrible.
Hori is not durable, but they're far from terrible.
No Minase, Iori version then I don't give a fuck. Iori or bust.
I heard that
Right on! Deko-Iorin or get out!
Bust. These need more of it.
mY GOSH
I need one
in your ASS
WHERE"S MY YAYOI
No Iori? NOT INTERESTED!
I'd want an Iori or a Yayoi myself as well.
and amimami too
and jailbait too.
oh, go download ShatApp will ya
need hori iori!
my eyes hurt
Would bang.
Buying a controller just to destroy it?
People these days...

Guess they don't want my money.
ME WANT PUCHIMASU CONTROLLERS!!
I'll buy the Chihaya one just because it looks snazzy.
Hori are a pretty decent company though, I've bought a few things from them in time. Like a Tales of the Abyss PS2 memory card, and a Dragon Quest X usb stick thing that's used for the game. All work well and look as they should.
I'd tap dat. *badum ts*
i need to get one of each so nice
Should I be disturbed at having to grab a joystick attached to a female character?
there's a reason it's called "joy" y'know
