I think the Opening's color-scheme was better in the original.

Actually I think SanCom showed the wrong episode comparison. There is 2 version of the OP, one of which have the color scheme looks like the BD and the other looks like the original.

I'm starting to believe Shaft put superior detailed versions on TV and BD gets solid colors in place of detail in many areas.

Well, her eyes changed quite a bit. I like the tv-version better. I think she has prettier lips there. Would kiss so much.

.. Shaft is now obviously making this crap on purpose to drive sales of the BD/DVDs... I mean, come on.. Why the teal hair.. it's literally just a color swap to brown that they did there, would've taken less than 10 seconds to do it... Heck, putting the hair teal in the first place was a waste of time.
If they want increase the BD sales they should just add nipples.

There two versions of the OP, they are the same thing besides the pallet swap.

Some things look better in the BD version, while worse than the TV version in others. Wtf? Even at the very beginning, they completely black out the detail. Do they do this for the sole purpose of making it different, because they already did too good of a job in the first place? I feel like they do this more out of obligation rather than for improvement and incentive to buy more discs.
