The plot centers around romance...and how 8th Grade Syndrome makes it so, so difficult. If this doesn't entice you, you might not like it.
the plot is pretty simple.
Boy wants to start new life forgetting delusional self.
Girl stuck in delusion mode drags boy into relationship because he can't help himself.
The rest is basically haruhi where they make a random club but all the fantasy babble is intentionally fake.
Sad story about how girl is still delusional, boy falls for her.
Boy wants her to stop delusional play.
Girl stops and moves with grandparents. Boy get ronery and gets her back.
Second season, boy and girl live together. and boy's old flame who is also into delusional mode moves in the apartment above them.
You forgot the last line in the second season description: "Hilarity ensues".
Finally some development in the MorixDeko route... She basically confessed there!
