If you're not a lolicon, don't watch.
Even if you are, there's not much there. You probably need to also be a big fan of CRAZY HIJINKS style anime.
If you *do* like this show, though, Kyouran Kazoku Nikki is very similar and thus worth watching as well.
People are misunderstanding this anime. It isn't a crazy hijinks anime or a lolicon's dream. There's actually a really cool plot building up, but people are too OMG LOL LOLI WTF SO RANDOEM

Precure characters aren't loli, at least by western interpretation of the word. There is a grand total of 2 characters who are less than 13.
