I don't think they were actively trying to actually look like any of the sailor scouts very much, maybe due to copyright reasons or something. They're just sailor-suit inspired novelty lingerie. They can be used for sexy cosplays but none of these pics seem to be trying to show that.

Actually, I do have one problem with how this was done. They went and chose the same body type for every girl. Where's the variety? Thicker asian women do definitely exist.
