    I always though that she should be a "musical fairy" or a "software entity" like Nagato Yuki crossed with Hatsune Miku. She would fit perfectly in some sort of science fantasy story where a good explanation of why she is never seen without her headphones.

    Making her a "real" girl was an artistic mistake. At least they could have make up a story about how the photographers insist on her wearing her headphones during the photo shoots but allow her to take them off when not shooting.

    this chapter was the most boring one so far,I mean, there wasn't enough fanservice at all, this is supposed to be about a gravure idol so anyone would expect that every chapter had scenes full of bikinis and underwear, not just 2 pics

    "modern anime" because fanservice didn't exist in anime over a decade ago. I love these misinformed generic anime expert comments that pops up in every ecchi show related topics. It's as funny as reading "anime used to be good back in the day!" when 90% of anime/everything has always been shit.

    There has been fanservice in anime going back to Astro Boy, it just wasn't as obvious as it is today. Fanservice is more than just boobs and moe.

    Hell, there has been fanservice in different mediums for a long time, to list them all would take forever.

    I know, I used to watch anime. I meant that I don't watch anime anymore, because all I ever see is the same goddam cliches. When I was a stupid kid I didn't care but now I'm old enough to have some actual taste and it drives me insane. It seems to me, like it's way more predominant in anime than any other entertainment medium.

    A lot of those cliches existed in anime {and in most mediums for that matter} for a long time, and no one complained about it. Would you be saying the exact same opinion if you were in the 80s?
