I think so too. It's very hard to get faces right in figurine form but this comes close enough. They couldn't just do the small, slitted smile (that most figs have) on Panty and expect to still create a accurate representation of her.

I love how you people hate on the face even though it's probably the first figure featured here in a long, long time that actually has a very in-character, accurate and fitting face.
I usually think these figures are acceptably accurate and that most of the folks here are just nitpicking, but even I'll admit that this one is pretty bad. I think it's mostly her creepy smile, but the eyes are definitely off as well.
