It's a different Saber. Meaning it's not Arturia Pendragon, but a different soul that fits into the Saber class.

Correction, THE Augustus Caesar was Octavian,Julius Caesar's step son. This Saber is Nero (the guy who played the harp while Rome burned. He's Octavian's grand nephew or something.
