Some of these costumes require days, weeks, even months of work. No one in it for simple attention whoring would commit to that, especially not the attention from creepy otaku.
No non-otaku girl would willingly brave the slimy crowds of comiket just for the attention, the reward simply isnt worth it. There are greener pastures for that, like the streets of Harajuku and Shibuya.

  There is a good reason why elf are selectively used for ero-anime and eroge, this is because they are considered to be nothing like us earthling in real life, in other words, non-existence. You can throw insults like calling them sluts or whatever but no one will really cares since elf is some sort of mystical creature coming from legend. So just enjoy the pictures as it is, the tag didn’t say this is ero-cosplay btw.
