And then there's that kiss in the Christmas OVA with Dekomori, perhaps it's awaken some yuri ojou-sama within her as a result.
Dekomori, who will have enrolled into Rikka's high school as a junior by now, is also shown with her hair down in some of the new official artwork, standing beside this new Nibutani, you'd think they're a natural yuri couple to begin with.

I think the PV speaks for itself, so many characters had exterior/mental changes to various degrees. Shinka was always dragged into their little world, much to her chagrin to change. But I think its safe to say that between S1-S2, she decided to go all in, especially with that "guten morgen." Acting in such a dignified cheesy way, clear case of an identity crisis.
Nibutani has relapsed to Chuunibyou mode, except with a new image! How the mighty had fallen.
