Bullshit. I have never registered any anime character as a white person because simply put, they do not resemble whites or look anything white. The same goes for Japanese people. If anything they resemble humans but I would categorise them as a different type of human that will never exist but if they do, I'd be pretty freaked/weirded out by their appearance.

For anime with Japanese characters that actually look Asian, see Chibi Maruko Chan, Doraemon, and Sazae-San (shows which are FAR more popular than most of the crap showcased in this website)
