I don´t know man, i´ve seen more grotesque plastic surgeries and the girls are happy as hell with those results. In this particular case i don´t think any cosmetiques could make a nose that straight and thin, and in the first pic the nose was definetly fucked up by surgery. The eyes and rest are not bad.

This is ALL in the makeup. I don't even see evidence of surgery here. Any girl could look like this if they just overdid their makeup. It could even be a Halloween costume or something, and she's going as "cosmetic surgery victim" but she hasn't had any.
