No idea what this is all about even from seeing the pictures, but is that manga in picture 35 supposed to be kind of a riff on MINAMI-KE? Similar logo (yeah, I know, MINAMI-KE is far from the only manga with 4 hiragana characters in a cicle) and the girl looks vaguely Kana Minami-like.
