89 JKs Nabbed by Pantsu Cyber-Patrol

Schoolgirls hawking their pantsu online are the target of a new national “cyber-patrol” crackdown by police.

Concerned by the “new” forms of pseudo-prostitution which have become popular online over the last decade, police are instituting a cyber-patrol program to hunt down schoolgirls selling their underwear and engaged in other criminal antics online.

Police say several prefectures have been running an trial of the scheme for several years, and now they are finally prepared to operate nationally.

Boasting of their success, police from 10 prefectures say they took custody of 97 minors in 5 months, 89 of them being girl “victims” of child prostitution and pornography related offences.

33 of these girls were selling their bodies in “enjo kousai” prostitution schemes, 53 were selling various articles of underwear online, and 3 were enterprisingly engaged in both.

48% of them were previously victims of perpetrating similar crimes – demonstrating just how effective a deterrent police handling has proven – and included one 15-year-old boy who was looking to procure rather than supply the services of schoolgirls.

If the government don't get a cut of the operations then it's illegal.

    Simple.

Make it so that they can profit and look good and it'll be legal. ;D

It's like they say, go work for Japanese police if you can, and apply for the tech worker, you get to check all these shady websites, all the porn tapes, all the evidence, and your excuse is always "it's my job", not only you get access to best stuff without consequence, but you also stop the competition.

Believe it or not, in most parts of the world selling unwashed panties is illegal because they are considered a biohazard. Because you don't know which of these hoes have chlamydia and other commonly carried STDs. And brother, Japanese girls are SWARMING with chlamydia. Think I'm lying? Google it.

So instead of fighting Real Crimes(not the ones by the paying Yakuza) they have to find other, minor Offenses which they can turn into a nice Witch-hunt to prove their own worth?.

Hell sounds almost like the Police in "INSER YOUR COUNTRY HERE", just even more useless.

Not all divisions in the police force are responsible for fighting organized crime. Newbie investigators have to start off somewhere, preferably where they won't get shot and thrown under a bridge for a simple mistake.

I was living in japan for several montns and not once did I ever get to see any visible thong lines in women, be is jks or adult women :( Only the normal panties that in the western world and so boring so 0 sexy.

I think that's a point of appeal for the average Japanese guy. They associate thongs with slutty western women and regular bikini cut with their own pure Japanese women, Same thing with white panties supposedly meaning a virgin, just something to try to fit things into a pattern. Having lived in Miami before moving to Japan though, there's a kernel of truth to it though.

I reckon only a pervert would buy used underwear in a first world country, but can there really be a law against it? Selling used ware of other types, unless specifically forbidden or restricted (like guns, explosive devices) ought to be quite legal. Maybe the National Diet of Japan did pass a law forbidding selling of used underwear. Haha. It wouldn't probably be the strangest law in that country.

But then again, based on Sankaku articles, Japan is full of laws so ambiguous the police can accuse anybody of a crime when it suits their needs.

I don't really see the point of rounding up all of these girls if all you're going to do is pronounce them "victims" and let them go. If you have no intention of prosecuting these "innocent children", why waste money on a task force?

Look in any clothing store catalog and you'll find pictures of half naked minors as well. Totally legal. And pantsu can be bought/sold in all manner of markets, so no crime there either. So why is it considered illegal?

Enjo kousai and porn I can see getting prosecuted. But selling pantsu, or posting non-explicit photos? I don't see a reason for it.

I do not see it being prosecuted in the slightest. It is past time to STOP trying to dictate to children and teenager what they do with their own bodies.

This bullcrap has NEVER been about 'protecting children', it has ALWAYS, repeat, A L W A Y S been about forcing religious beliefs on children through fiat of law.

If they truly want to protect children from forced sexual encounters, the best thing to do is to legalize pedosexuality, bring it out into the open, and only focus on cases where children are physically forced into sexual activities against their will.

    03:10 11/10/2013 # ! Neutral (0)

That would be a good argument except for one key factor: the reason the underage laws exist is because kids usually don't have the awareness or wisdom (call it foresight if you want) to truly realize the social or physical ramifications their decisions can have further down the road.

Because of this, you cannot expect a child to make decisions in their own best interest, especially if there is an older person enticing them with some reward (money, pleasure or drugs).

To tell a 13yr old (for example) that if she didn't want an STD or pregnancy, she should've used a condom doesn't make sense when the 13yr old doesn't have the knowlege or life experience to ask the right questions to ask to ensure she's keeping herself safe.

Thus the need for such laws.

    Comment by Anonymous
    12:48 11/10/2013 # ! Neutral (0)

You are right to say that the laws have never been about protecting children. It's about keeping children from making their own choices because children are stupid, and we don't want them to have a say.

As far as whatever you said about religion, that's just pure speculation and is neither here nor there.

The point is it's not about protecting children; it's about taking away their choices because we (society) don't want them to have any rights.

Physical ramifications? They going to grow horns for selling used underwear? Social ramifications? You're going to tell me they don't know how the internet works? That sounds like a lot of fluff to me. What I'd guess you really mean is that they're not *scared*.
