But KnK is obviously aimed at girls or younger schoolboys (and kyoani fanboys) who prefer anything that has "blood", "demon", "darkness".
So far, I HAVE to compare this to "Kore wa Zombie desu ka" - which was 1000 times more amusing, but unfortnately a hopeless harem anime - and not by kyoani, so popularity-fail by default
