a) because of sheer level of itasha, other cars acknowledge it as their supérior, and will steer back in awe, leaving a spot for it.

This is a level of devotion that is an interesting one, where it demands respect, while also being afforded a certain disdainful squint. This is really no worse than blinging out a car with rims and lights like some are prone to do here, it's merely more specific. Is it worse than a bumper sticker because it's bigger and more elaborate? Is it something to be ashamed of? I would say the craftsmanship is pretty good, and give or take the light cleavage, I would say nothing overtly reprehensible about it at all.
This is the type of devotion I don't mind. It took creativity, time, effort and skill to complete this, and it's done in such a way that it harms nobody, and also doesn't necessarily force an idea on someone. It's just there to be seen and admired. I don't see why anyone would want to wish harm on him simply by this.
