In his defense, even though his argument is completely not based on this, he is also correct about the fact that brain development should not be the end-all be-all of human sexual agreement. And even "brain development doesn't stop until 25" is an absurdly oversimplified description of neurological processes that don't actually mean what you think they mean and aren't fully understood.

Worse, even if you were somewhere in the ballpark of "correct" regarding "brain development", you fail to take into account the varying degrees of mental capacity of the human population, and even if you did that, you'd STILL need to find a test that actually produces useful results.

We were talking about people having sex with younger people when older. Honestly I believe that the concept of the initiatrix and the initiator should exist, that there be people who guide young people into sexual understanding without actually having sex so they become comfortable around it, like the priestesses of old to a degree.
