I could tell 'Kono naka ni hitori imouto ga iru' would be shit by the title alone and I was right. Its often not hard with shitty light-novel titles that are a paragraph long, although there can be the odd pleasant surprise.
My Teenage Life Rom-Com Snafu, BS title was BS, but the show was good.
That anon did say that there were pleasant surprises like for this anon Oreimo or that SNAFU one but those are the only two so far.
I could tell that's good by the title alone since that has imouto in its name and i was right.
