If you look closely, they just draped her jacket flaps over her breast rather then around them, so her breasts are still the same size, just less noticeable.

Have they fixed the mistake with Hannes sleeve patch on ep 4? On tv he(and the guy following him) got the scooting legion patch instead of stationary guard patch. Check it out, it's around 18:15.

Those are some BIG improvements(and by that I mean animation quality, not boobs). I hope it doesn't take them a whole year to release all episodes on BD like it does with most anime.
There will be 9 volumes, with the last one releasing on March 19th 2014.
They "fixed" them because they had to rush to meet the shows deadlines. I think like 3 episodes got pushed back and they had to hire some new animators.
