I think the fujiyoshi is a female otaku, that specialized in yaoi romance and possibly watching a yaoi anime or manga or anything that making pairing man-man possible, like the one with many man character like Free, or anything that contain more than one man main character.. like Naruto, and pairing Kakashi and Guy (puke uncontrollably)..
Generally a hardcore fujiyoshi will avoid male lead harem anime/manga as the gay pairing is not possible.
Female otaku, like I said before have broader preference just like the male counterpart.
