I actually quite liked the manga for being funny. The fanservice didn't hurt (and they didn't shy away from panchira, unlike the anime it seems). I need to sit down and watch this already.
And yes, the title of most moe Fate anime was actually something contestable, because of the OAD series Carnival Phantasm which has Fate characters and is quite moe.
