Doubt it. It doesn't make sense seeing shiro is Illya's cousin. Iris is alive therefore did not become the grail so there's no explosion causing shiro being the only survivor. With that being said, there isn't ANY chance shiro would become an orphan and be adopted by Kiritsugu.
Shirou is Illya's brother in this setting not cousin that was a mistranslation in the subs.
That sub that sas that Shurou is her cousin sucks, he is her brother, her non blood related brother, what it means that is OK that she has feelings for him
Also the two women living with Illya are her "sisters" (fellow homunculi created to look after her) in Fate/Stay Night. The one with the curly hair is Leysritt and the one with straight hair is Sella. Since this is more based off of Night rather than Zero, I don't think Irisviel even exists in this universe.

No Irisviel is in it Illya, Shirou, Irisviel and Kiritsugu live as a happy family though Kiritsugu has yet to show up in the manga itself since he is somewhere but he is a part of the family. Leysritt and Sella are still maids in this anime as well but much more casual since this is a happy family setting in Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Illya

As expected of something Type Moon related, it feels like they don't like the idea of loli fanservice, it's sloppy, overcensored, undetailed, and even without the steam it would be plain non-appealing.

For anyone who thinks that this is just another side show one shot title I heavily suggest reading the manga to see how *chuckes* "shallow" this title is

On the other hand, the anime just don't give a shit about loli fanservice, therefore Prisma Illya has 0/10 level of service.
The bath scene was fitting for a Disney show on explicitness, even without steam it would be.
1. With how the western world thinks today you'd have a much bigger chance of seeing and old person pole dancing naked uncensored in a Disney movie than seeing something like this
