A brothel manager has been arrested for incorporating “job training” of a sexual nature into an interview he conducted on a schoolgirl looking for a position at his establishment.
The 47-year-old Hyogo prefecture brothel manager stands accused of violating child welfare laws.
According to the charges, as part of the interview process for new applicants he “knowingly” had a 16-year-old high school girl commit indecent acts with him, in what he termed “job training.”
The incident came to light not because of any complaint from the “trainee,” but as a result of police investigating separate child prostitution charges and hearing about his unconventional interview process from others involved with the business.

Strange thing is, the age of consent here in Canada is 16 in most parts (used to be 14 in the good old days up until recently). So this kind of thing would be probably perfectly legal if it was framed as a consensual sexual act, although prostitution or filming of the act would not be.

Makes sense to me. I would also add that the men they are marrying can lead them down the road of being worthwhile women and teach them how to deny their natural worthless lazy woman impulses. Japanese fathers are often just strict, suppressive and distant. Its tough for fathers in general to have a influence on their daughters. But a cute older boy will always have much influence on a young girl and he has more of a vested interest than the father.
