I approve of Bellows being in the list, though I think she should have ranked a little higher.
She stands out among anime girls this year for me. The last time that happened was with Rias from DxD, but Bellows has an even stronger "glow" to her somehow.
It's also actually very odd seeing a female character 18 or above on these sankaku lists... the fact that she even made it to 10th despite that shows her impact, imo.

Girls with very visible muscles are fucking disgusting. I'd pick out of proportion breasts over hench abs anyday.
I just love a well toned, worked out body, even a little bit of muscle is good, but six packs are a little too much... even on guys, I think a smooth, flat belly is nicer.
well women with toned bodies , or muscular. Shows that they can commit themselves to things.But I aint freaked out by muscular women, at least when it isnt freaking Son Goku style.

From my point of view flat chested, skinny, childlike characters aren't consider "HOT" and there appears to be many of those on the list. The term "Hot" when used in a female usually describes a curvy, mature woman, with a big ass(and/or tits or both). And Bellows seems to be the only one on the list that fits those characteristics, unfortunately she is in 10th place. My top five girls would be the following ...
