Even though whatsisname is in love with Rias and aroused by her, he can’t turn away from Akane who effortlessly heats up any room just by entering it.
I think that this type of list should be restricted to first seasons only but if it isn’t, then where the heck are Sena or Kate from Haganai, or Houki or Charlotte from Infinite Stratos, or Ayase from OreImo. All of them are smoking hot.
Properly, I think Ryuuko Matoi should be here, and Saki Rukino (although I only watched one episode so maybe she’s beautiful rather than hot), or from one of the big busted, large cast shows, Celia, Akane or Mio from Walkure Romanze.
Of the girls actually listed in the top ten (or really, all that have been mentioned), I’d vote in Masuzu for top hottest girl of the year. While the girls above her are mostly quite attractive (and I’m a big fan of Yukinoshita), none of them really exude any significant amount of sexuality whereas she works overtime to try and tone hers down but really can’t, which created the whole premise of the show. You can’t say that about any of the other girls.
