MoeNovel is preparing If My Heart Had Wings – the English edition of a visual novel about the not wholly unfamiliar theme of a male student and his wheelchair bound female companion who form a sky gliding club – as an all-ages version with high definition visuals, which is dated for arrival this June in both package and download form.

Well they wouldn't be able to localize this VN without these "perv" who bought this VN. Also, this isn't exactly the VN that you might call "family friendly". Removing substantial part of this VN will ruin the original story of it. If these "perv" you calling didn't buy this VN in the first place then the company woudln't be able to produce more or localize. Not to mention the company who will publish this VN is obviously oblivious to the western demographic of VN readers.

No, visual novels exist because companies want to make money. Catering to pervs is not their first priority. The moment visual novels became popular and mainstream ditching pervs and making titles available to a wider audience to make more money is priority number one. All-ages titles are fine, but what Moenovel does, going as far as altering kiss scenes so you only see the back of the head (wtf) and other things is too much.
How about an approach like Da Capo III? Circus released an H-less All-ages game first, and they plan on releasing an H-version later. That way everyone can enjoy the game.
But taking an H-game, which also relies on sexual humor, and butcher it without offering a nonbutchered version? Just no!
