Perhaps your knowledge of the show only extends back to the previous railgun sankaku post where the misaka imouto is crushed under a truck by accelorator after having her leg torn off? Did you mix up the characters? Not that a misaka imouto would be legless if she was giving a figure rendition seeing as it was only one scene involving one of the clones and there are thousands of said clones.
