Just watching for the comedy. The entire anime is a comedy.
They remove quit a lot scenes from the light novel, they should of done this from the start, not all this cut scenes.
Thats what i hate about watching current season anime, because of the pointless censors in some shows, you might as well just wait for BDs and not waste your time watching beams of light or quality issues.
Agreed they should only keep beam of light strictly to Gundam and Robot anime... and obviously on the Robot not the female pilots :P

the director was right to cut most of those scenes; they were pointless, and would have dragged the show.
Not really so far compared to the novels the anime has been a huge disappointment you know with it attempting to break the speed of light with its pacing and all. It is a shadow of its novel source material.
