She is tsundere, I know that. But the way she treat his Kyousuke, is really rude. She cross the line many times, and not showing enough grateful towards her helpful brother.
Tsundere is great when there are balance between 'tsun' and 'dere', and Kirino most of the time on her 'Tsun' mode..

In general, I do find Kirino way more bitchy. However, one thing to keep in mind about Haruhi: she caused Endless Eight. Poor Nagato (and the viewers) should not have had to suffer through that hell.

Seems proof, along with every other poll, that maybe, just maybe, people on Sankaku comment threads hate Kirino a hell of a lot more than anyone else.
Not only is she not there, but Manami is there for spoiler reasons that involve Kirino as well.

Kuroyukihime is a shocker, but personally I find it more shocking that Manami's on the list over Kirino (considering they're both from the same series). For that matter, this list seems to be disgustingly void of pretty much any tsundere characters, ESPECIALLY of the Kugimiya variety (I really hope people aren't being afraid to hate on Zero no Tsukaima's main in light of... certain recent events).
I guess while I'm at it, I'll post my other thoughts on this list:
-The full list only goes up to 29. Why? I have no clue, but Sankaku really could've been arsed to post those last four. For those wondering, the bottom four are as follows.

-For that matter, 29th place.... um, what? Aside from arguably not being a heroine (heroines are mains, aren't they? Or is the term now being broadened to include "any female character"?), Stealth Momo seems like one of the most popular girls in Saki (and with good reason, she's quite nifty).
-#10... Muginami (and her awesome tits) were among the few things that made Lagrange worth watching. It's one thing for Madoka (the Lagrange Madoka) and Ran to constantly own her in popularity, but to hear she's outright hated, that pisses me off.
-#22, same with Stealth Momo, does Shiraume actually count as a "heroine". Otherwise, I won't argue that she doesn't belong here; she just seems like your token excuse for a light novel harem protagonist to get his standard (and often pitiable) "this isn't what it looks like" beatings (in a series otherwise devoid of such an overused trope... probably 'cause he gets beat up enough just trying to get dinner). However, while it doesn't make her character any more likable, I am a little amused by the additional irony that she's not even tsundere for him; she's instead fawning over one of the girls in his harem. Stands to make her just a little more unique (though why do I get the feeling that later novel volumes might say otherwise and she actually is part of said harem?).
-#23... I'll be honest, I kinda have it out for Hartmann ever since she snatched Tenshi's spot in Saimoe's Best 8 (which had to happen to her for the second year in a row and during possibly her last time competing). But to be fair, that's really more of a fandom thing and should have little to no influence on the official tidings of her character. Still, even within her respective series, I find her to be nothing special (especially within an ensemble cast with 10 other main characters), alright at best.
A lot of weird choices on this list. And as you point out, some fairly minor characters. I thought Shiraume was actually kind of sweet, once you got past the insane violence. Of course, her actions were par for the course in that show so it's disappointing to see that all these voters couldn't get past it.
Not sure I can hate any heroines. I like many of the characters on this list a lot, including KYH, Nyaruko, Chitanda, Konoe and others. I am more prone to hate a show than the heroines of it. I may not think much of them but that doesn't really translate into hate.
Perhaps Sarah McDougal from Love Hina but she was just an annoying minor character, not a heroine in any sense. Or maybe the appallingly voiced character in Little Busters, Fuko from Clannad, or Sakurako from Yuru Yuri. More hating to hear them or see them than hating them as they were bound to drag the story into the muck.

Manami had her bad times, but she's perfectly nice now. She's straitened out a lot. Kirino is still a bitch, always has been, and likely always will be.
Because Kuroyukihime's vile while playing the game and quite refined outside of it, and Kirino the other way around. The immersion perspective appears to have won.
I do not find her vile in the game either. She's more pragmatic if anything.
Parasites need hosts. Since battling other bursters is a zero-sum game and the points are spent often, the setting-affirming pragmatist would spend her time developing mass tactics to efficiently gather points and experience from renewable sources. Works in-game and outside, and since a different avatar means different modes of access to the entire experience, so other bursters are co-researchers and important sources of information and ability foremost, and not something to be scavenged upon.
And yet they hardly ever mention fighting 'the enemy'.
Besides, a brain burst TOOL, without the primitive game paradigm, would at the least be a useful alternative to have. She's not even thinking about that.
You forgot what her goal is, and that to achieve it she has to eliminate her fellow kings. Currently, she's working on reestablishing herself before taking her rivals on.
If anything, Kuroyukihime finds her old self vile, which is why she takes so long to show herself in the game again (though also cause they hate her too).
Fumino Serizawa from Mayoi Neko Overrun! should be number 1 or 2 on this list with Kirino in the other spot since those 2 are the most hateful horrible people in any anime.
well, they could be 3 and 4, but I'd put C-ko from project a-ko as 1, and Excalibur from Soul eater as 2.
Fumino's awesome. How or why would anyone hate her? I could understand someone preferring Nozomi or something but in general, she's really good.
