The arrest of a man who had sex with “close to 100” girls by offering to pay them ¥70,000 a go and then leaving them waiting on the curb as he “went to fetch the money,” in most cases also filming his exploits for a promise of ¥300,000, is currently making waves online – not least after suspicions emerged that he may be the man in a popular series in the distressingly popular “ugly fat old guy doing young girls” AV genre.
The 42-year-old Tokyo man would approach girls on the street (whether he specifically targeted female high school students is not clear), and make such propositions as “I’ll pay you ¥70,000 for enjo kousai [“compensated dating” – paid sex], and I give you ¥300,000 if you let me film it.” He also made similar offers online.
Not surprisingly, he had many takers and they would retire to local Taito city love hotels to complete the transaction.
However, in all cases after they left the hotel he would tell them “I’ll just go and get the money,” and then make good his escape, leaving the girls to wait in vain for his return with the promised wodge of notes.
His initial arrest stemmed from a promise to pay a 17-year-old girl ¥300,000 for a filmed sex session, which he indulged in but promptly fled from.
This offence and a similar one involving a 16-year-old girl led to his home being searched, where investigators found no less than 62 tapes of his various encounters.
He claims to have used this modus operandi on “close to 100 girls,” so police are investigating further.
He told also police that he did not think his victims would be shameless enough as to come forward about being cheated during their attempt at prostitution: “I thought they would be too scared of being exposed to report it to police.”
In addition to child prostitution offences, police estimate that 22 of tapes show minors aged 14-17, and so also intend to charge him child pornography offences for making them.
As usual, none of the prostitutes involved face any charges.
Online there has been a great deal of expert discussion of the case – with some saying he looks awfully similar to another creepy fat man who appears in a popular line of semi-professional adult videos:
“Scum!”
“For once, everyone got what they deserved.”
“The police really increased the size of their collection this time, didn’t they?”
“Close to 100, amazing. It’s more like he was pursuing some esoteric discipline or something.”
“Just tell us the titles of the videos so we know what to search for.”
“Looking at his pictures, it really is the same guy as from the ‘Tsubomi-kui’ series of videos… he was pretty famous. He was only 42 though?”
“If it is the oyaji I hope more videos will still be released.”
“That series is just gross, I don’t see who can get off on that.”
“Just another day for Tonkin.”
“This guy is scum so I have no intention of defending him, but the issue here is that they never charge the women. Especially with minors, there is no penalty so they can just go do it again. Some kind of light legal treatment of their offences as sex crimes is required.”
“They don’t leave it. They’ll at least tell the parents and make an issue of it.”
“You would wait for 300,000 I guess. Total bitches.”
“Tonkin girls are no different to Korean whores. They’ll do anything for money now.”
“Japanese women never any sense of chastity to begin with. Try Chinese girls if you expect that.”
“Honestly with girls like this around you’d be crazy to get married.”
“If you did 100 JKs for money I would be more than a little worried about what you might catch off them.”
“Cops should make the evidence public so these whores can be named and shamed!”
“They don’t say which sites he used to get these girls. Gree, Mobage?”
“The man is a lowlife of course, but what does it say about Japan that our young girls are willing to open their legs for a bit of cash? Japanese society metes out preferential treatment to these avaricious women at every turn, whilst men are just expected to work even harder.”
“It’s getting pretty tiring to hear of every man involved in prostitution automatically being convicted whilst every woman is automatically innocent.”
“Thanks to the crackdowns by police the prostitution market is oversupplied. That’s why they are so cheap, all the risk is on the buyer.”
“He got to 100, he can die fulfilled.”
“This is taken for granted, but it’s odd that a guy in his teens would be aghast at having sex with an old guy in his forties for 300k, but girls are apparently OK with that?”
“Wouldn’t it be more appropriate if you said having sex with an old women in her forties for 300k?”
“Right, and what lad wouldn’t? Although doing it with an old guy would be bad.”
“For 300k, I’d sell my ass too.”
“What’s disturbing is not so much that they’d sell themselves as that they’d sell themselves to a gross whale like that.”
“The police who confiscated this lot are the real winners.”
“Not as much as that Hokkaido cop who got let off for paying for a 13-year-old…”
“Envious fatty here. I can’t believe he had the balls to proposition these girls like that! I could never do that, and nobody’ll ever come to me…”
“At least punish the sellers a little!”
“He’s still likely only to get a suspended sentence.”
“This was a pretty bad case with a lot of victims – I think he’s looking at a couple of years.”
“Tapes in this day and age…”

teach me your ways sensei!
it would rather be "shisho" in this sentence
Sensei is just fine the way it's used.
Just need a sure-sounding voice and 100 gullible women
Well....his "ways" thew him in jail so I don't think you wanna be learning EVERYTHING from this guy >.>
100 times before strikeout..? pretty good batting average
agreed. you don't get to relieve yourself with a live woman a hundred times that easily lmao
Fap time at the police station.
The walls are getting white-washed, but not by the Dutch Boy!
That's the worst porn title ever XD
I'd watch it.
I'd watch AND fap to it.
But what if it was actually a video of policemen fapping and you could barely see what they're fapping at? :S
But what if it's young police guy crossdressing?
Are... are Japanese girls stupid, or did he happen to just target the stupid ones?
Both. Japan's population is about 2% of the world population, so of course they're going to have a lot of stupid people.
so you mean all of them?
let me correct this troll.
All of them are Prostitutes in the first place
like your mom.
do you mean my World of Warcraft mom where i meaned Moment .. and asked my groupmates to wait an aproximate time of 3 seconds to 10 seconds?
The ability to see through deceit is a skill like any other. Regardless of how intelligent a person is, they still must learn, even if higher intelligence does improve the rate at which most mental skills are acquired.
Nice double dichotomy, by the way.
exploited teen did not choose enough speech & charisma points
teenage girls are stupid everywhere. these ones are just used to using people and not the other way around.
Ask yourself this; 'Are there only 100 girls in Japan'? Of course he targeted the stupid ones. The smart ones would have said no anyway. Just because he got 100 doesnt mean he asked 100.
Their so stupid all you need to do is throw in the notion of money and these girls will do anything.
Big deal they probably lost only a fraction of what they would otherwise make.. free money since they're already set to sell.
I'm curious in the video screenshot above. Can somebody enlighten me about the title?
Well, right below the picture in the 2ch quotes, somebody mentions "Tsubomi-kui" series... Maybe that's it.
didn't find it :(, the girls looks hot
try 1919gogo 5278
wtf.. I was watching+fapping on that last week.
and to think that he got it for free.
holy hell! from the stills i cannot even tell if the guy has a dick. it's like a pinkie.
Didn't their mothers teach them "money now before panties down"?
Usually when employing a hooker (I've got some experience in this!), you never pay [in full] first or you'll get burned. What's usually done is that the money comes out & in put to the side as the service commences, that way no one gets cheated unless the hooker & pimp have a timely interruption planned (that does happen). In short, you show (but not give) the money; she shows her wares, and all goes well. I guess the girls there are so used to doing the cheating that they never consider that someone might cheat them first. Even the guy in this case was surprised that the girls would talk.
In Japan I pay the girl upfront most of the time. Never had any troubles and service is typically good.
...though kinda hairy, amirite ?
nah, usually shaved these days.
You put the money in an envelope and put it on the table. Where the fuck are you kids going?
Psh. He was expecting common decency in the girls who pimp themselves?? I could see those 14 year old sluts go to the police and go like, "yo yo, this guy neva paid me even though we did our sexy thing. I'm a minor, he can't do thys to me!"
At least here, we do them first, then pay after we finished.
Maybe if you want to cheat, you just have to give them some chloroform (or something like that) on their drinks, drugs them, or make them drunk, so you can just leave them after you're done.
Every good pro knows you ask the cash first, live and learn eh
Huh, a story where in this case the guy is actually the unequivocal asshole and doesn't really deserve any defending for his actions. That's strangely refreshing.
I still agree that the girls need to get some consequences as well for the prostitution, however then the reality sets in. On a long enough time line, all sex has been 'earned' by dinners and trips to movies and such in any relationship, so... thinking objectively it's difficult to determine where prostitution is 'wrong' and where it's just 'cutting to the chase'.
Anti-prostitution laws in Japan are not based on morality like in 'murrica. Their enforcement today is engineered to attack the root of the "problem" (men creating the demand) and not its manifestations (prostitutes). Every modern society that still has anti-prostitution laws does it this way. Yes I just excluded the US from having a modern society.
It makes perfect sense not to criminalize prostitutes. Unless you're also of the opinion that children sending naked pictures of themselves should be charged with production of child porn- oh wait.
The root of the 'problem' is not men creating the demand, but a society that creates the opportunity. This is a basic capitalist transaction. Wouldn't happen if you didn't have to sell yourself just to survive. Prostitution is just 1 particular manifestation specialized to females.
In all honesty, I'm of the mind that prostitution should be completely and utterly legal across the board. As well as taxed and allowed to be governed as a business with healthcare and rules. It will of course make sex more expensive, but also make it have a general requirement of hygiene and testing prior to transaction, which will raise standards country-wide. It would create more businesses in other fields, as well as stop this medieval 13th century Christian perception that somehow sex is dirty and blame the bible, when it was the popes of that time who made the more crazy declarations on sexual purity.
Sex is the oldest business in the world, and has never stopped being a business potential when relationships are not involved. Just as Uruguay no longer has rampant drug problems because they legalized all drugs and the next generation of kids after 20-some-odd years naturally know drug addiction is pathetic, they have no inclination to do it BECAUSE it's wrong to be contrary. Prostitution will go the same way over time.
In modern society, people must be responsible for their own actions. Both sexes. Men want sex as a biological imperative, and to blame them for wanting sex from a willing partner, regardless of the reasoning behind the acceptance, is the very definition of sexism. If a woman knowingly cedes to prostitution, ignorance of the law is not a defense according to courts. Both are complicit in the act to a varying degree. These women of course were basically robbed and obviously don't really deserve punishment, but they also must have some form of reprimand for accepting if it is in fact illegal to be a prostitute. Obviously the current methodology is not effective, as all it does is destroy a man's life for wanting what every single man in existence wants, and that is not justifiable as a human being. This man is scum because he's a thief of the lowest order tantamount to rape when the transaction was eluded, not because he wanted sex with girls. And yes, a 16 and 17-year-old girl should know better, people don't magically gain intellect at midnight on their 18th birthdays.
I agree that prostitution should be legal and regulated. Works great for the countries that took this step. This is a no-brainer really, I think we can all agree to this.
You were missing my point about the enforcement though. Maybe I should have called it the "spirit" of the law. Woman who prostitute themselves (or are prostituted - in this case it should be even more obvious, though US lawmakers and police don't even understand that simple distinction), did in fact not commit a crime. The law makes it a point to explicitly only ban buying or soliciting the sale of sex. So within that legal framework, women don't need a defense at all; not charging them is completely logical. This, btw, of course also applies to male prostitutes, which Japan has a remarkably high number of.
The thing here is, that this approach, while still not the "rightest", is the "righter" one compared to wholesale criminalization:
1) only one wrong is better than two
2) criminalizing prostitutes really makes no sense whatsoever from an ethical standpoint, even if you consider the idea of sex for money unethical.
Damn your fucked up spam filter, SanCom. There is a reply incoming @HouseLife, it might just be a view days until it becomes visible.
@ Anon 21:21
Very good points, and I do agree, but that still is a one-sided and short-sighted law approach that is obviously not working at all.
If the way you described it went ideally, then this case in particular would have absolutely nothing to do with sex. Literally the trial would be about lack of wages paid, or at worst theft, and it would be a civil matter, and that should be what it is. That is all this is in any other facet of the business world.
The issue is as soon as morality of the male sexual spirit is attached to it, yet is devoid of the presence of the female sexual spirit in the legal discussion, it has become sexist and unequal. Under an equal system of laws, where prostitution is legal, this is theft or unpaid wages. But it's not. Prostitution is illegal, and blaming the one who wanted to instigate the act, and not recognizing that the other person did not say no to said act is favoritism. Complicity is involved here because they knowingly committed an illegal act with premeditation under the laws of their government.
Obviously girls in captivity prostituting at the behest of pimps in Russia and such are a different story and were coerced and that is a slave charge on the criminal and they obviously have a gray area, as does everything. But this is something I cannot agree with you on as long as the inequality is present, because you treat a woman who made a conscious choice as a victim of her own language. With teenagers I have more leeway because coercion from an older person is still possible, but the consequences should be less as the age increases toward adulthood, because a 17-year-old woman (yes, woman) is not going to be much more aware of herself as an 18-year-old woman legally.
What kind of insane troll logic is that? By your logic drug dealers shouldn't be punished either, afterall the addicted are the root of the problem by creating the demand.
Fact is that in a trade between two people who can give consens and are of age either both are at fault or neither one.
In fact one can argue that the person who acts on addiction or "primitive urges" is in fact less guilty than the one providing the goods for cold monetary gain.
So either it is made completly legal or completly illegal. Personaly I'd go with legal seeing as how in an exchange between adult nobody is harmed.
In fact making it legal helps to drive out criminals and in general better the working conditions of the ones working in it alongside offering them better protection, health care and so on while making it possible to tax them.
The only real problem here is teenagers engaging in it, you can say what you want but both sides knew perfectly fine that what they were doing was illegal.
The question here is how should be acted in case of the minors. Letting them off without any kind of repercursion will only lead to them doing it again and again since the incencitive (money) is still there and they wouldn't have to fear anything.
The drug analogy fails on several levels. Prostitutes are not like drug dealers. That would be pimps.
Again (see my reply to HouseLife), the girls didn't do anything illegal at all. And there is a line of reasoning behind making the law like that.
Modern anti-prostitution laws are not about morality enforcement. They are based on the idea that prostitution equals exploitation of the prostitutes (an idea that is admittedly questionable at best, if not outright bs), i.e. is always a crime against the prostitutes themselves. You wouldn't want to arrest the victim of a robbery, would you? In that sense they're actually a lot like modern anti-drug laws. Because those don't criminalize the possession of even hard drugs for personal consumption either.
@21:30
An analogy is not a direct comparison. That's why it's a separate word in the first place.
The analogy between prostitutes and dealers is correct through. A prostitute solicits the exchange just as the dealer does. The only difference is in the nature of the product. Pimps are mostly responsible for running the operation, which makes them more akin to the local drug lord who ensures drug trade runs smoothly on his turf. Even if the prostitutes never solicit the prostitution, they are still participating. You don't excuse an unscrupulous bank employee because his boss told him to commit money fraud.
"What kind of insane troll logic is that?"
It's feminist logic, and the point as usual is that men are the root of most problems while women are exploited victims who never can be held responsible for their own actions.
Which is why you see this kind of laws primarily in feminazi countries like Sweden, while more civilized countries makes it legal.
@21:30
Again, invalid analogy. The correct one would be a "hitman" who gets paid to kill himself.
"Pictures of naked people (children or otherwise) are not pornography. Your premise is false."
You taken a look at child porn convictions of under-18s in UK and US lately?
Re: 09:04
sorry, that was to go under 22:49 in the thread below...
@21:30:
Wrong, an analogy has to line up perfectly. A comparison on the offer hand can compare two entirely different things.
So if I decide to be a hitman, am I innocent of the murders I commit? I mean, it's my clients who create the demand for murder, right? Right?
You are making false assumption that any one event only has a single cause. Prostitution is caused both by demand and by supply. If any of these wouldn't exist, then prostitution would not happen.
It makes no sense whatsoever to excuse the active participant in a given activity from the consequences of it.
Pictures of naked people (children or otherwise) are not pornography. Your premise is false.
Take out the fact that some of the women were underage, he would have done nothing wrong, specially he never gave them anything for sex lol. It's not against the law to just have sex with a lot really stupid of women, he just lied to them, which, what guy trying to get a one night stand doesn't lie to get it?
he also filmed it rtard
