its definitely can be a good ecchi comedy series. unfortunately cause it's adorably perverse, i dont see any US companies going to license it let alone get an english dub.
Most (99%) dub is inferior to the japanese voice actors performance. The girls sound like middle-aged woman, the male's voices are like someone is stepping on their testicles.
Why is that unfortunate? I would only ever watch a dub if there was no fansub anyway.

Started reading the manga about two years ago one day but forgot about it, I'll probably watch the anime now since it was pretty cute, I love kantoku's designs.

Does an anime have to have girls in bikinis constantly to be considered ecchi now? The protagonist is a hentai, there's bound to be more ecchi on the way. In my opinion it's much more interesting than most hentai/ecchi settings so far, so I don't know how you could complain.
