Well, that was as bland as I remember it. Right up there with Medaka Box, but I can understand people liking this for looking nicer.
So, will this cover what the manga covered? At least one scene of this episode was also in the manga, the one with Shoukuho (that lv5 Mental Out)

i wanna see 10032 taking her place in the school event. i loved it because they were freaking out about a lvl 5 but she was really a lvl 3 using good tactics.
if that was too vague it was the event where you got to throw balls at a ballon on your head i do not remember what event it was called.
i would love it if they covered the school event.
i loved the scene where 10032 was using her survival skills in the game even through she was a level 3.
the event was the one where you had to use a ball to pop the balloon on your opponents head.

He's talking about actual plot man not ecchi. This show is pretty boring most of the time and the only time it gets really funny is when Touma and Misaki are interacting on-screen.

Yes, the 'plot' that is a bowl of spaghetti five miles across, with HUNDREDS of characters who serve a set-piece purpose for a few pages and are never heard from again, except to occasionally serve as harem filler.

I always found it wonderful how watching animes and movies made everyone a storytelling expert with a direct unshared access to the one truth.
I know the meat of this season is obviously going to be the Sisters arc, but I do hope there are some sidestory episodes (well, sidestory to the sidestory, since RAILGUN itself is the sidestory of INDEX) since the Sisters arc itself, as good a story as it is, is kind of a downer.
Looks like it will also cover the festival thingy (daseshai was it), another nice interesting story arc...

Get rid of Accelerator and this season will be the best in the series.
If anyone should be "disappeared" it's Touma.
Touma is as his power does; he dispels all the fun and imagination out of the series and turns it into banal mediocrity.

Actually, it's incredibly easy to defeat Touma. Everything besides magic/esper can harm him.
The idea behind it being that he's a counter to something specific. He serves as a buffer to those who think themselves as unstoppable. Everything is good as it is.
Yeah to put it simply: Psychic/Magic < Toma < Physic Battle Skills
Get rid of both Accelerator and Touma and this season will be the best in the series.

Seriously the only reason i watch this show is just for the occasional appearance of Touma to goof around with Misaka. That's where the gold is at. The rest of the show is just moe with sci-fi thrown in there to distract us and about 90% of the time just boring as hell.
I couldn't even finish the last season because it got so damn boring.
Don't worry, watch this one. The Sisters Arc will surely change your opinion about Railgun!!
