Amazingly, Senran Kagura has not only managed to top a chart somewhere but also managed it outside Japan – scoring the distinction of being the most downloaded PSV game of February 2013 in Hong Kong, not a territory traditionally associated with hyper bust-’em-ups.
Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus, known for its extremes of exposure, physics calculations and saucy DLC, appeared in HK’s official charts:

This is completely false. There are a number of console games that show nipples. Of course most of them with detailed nipples are R18 games (i.e. "My Best Friend" for the Sega Saturn), but there are a few Cero-D titles that also have nipples showing (i.e. "Linda Cube" for the Playstation/Sega Saturn).

God of War, Dante's Inferno, Heavy Rain, Conan, Age of Conan, Far Cry 3, the list goes on. Lots of console games have shown nipples, but Japanese ones typically do not, unless they're eroge.

Yeah, it's great to see fandom for NG even though that port is horrible. And I want ANY Senran Kagura localized... preferably all of them and the anime too.
I'm sure not even one of them will be localized... but at least you can import the PS Vita version easily, and well, you don't have to understand much Japanese to enjoy this game...

When you consider that #2 is taken by 'Rocketbirds: Hardboiled Chicken' aka the worst game ever made, it's no surprise that senran kagura got #1.
February was a slow, unimpressive month for videogames overall, anyway. Anyone had the chance to take this place on a country like Hong Kong.

People pick HK because its a lot easier to get PSN credit there. The JP store is really expensive due to the fact that they only accept JP credit cards and middlemen often take a 50% markup for themselves.
