    The shock and awe don't fade so much if things get kinkier and more perverted every time, especially if each occasion is spread out more...     As someone who is more a fan of ecchi than hentai, I can say that this is true or me when it comes to many manga/anime and their doujinshi. Many anime and manga only get doujinshi where the main females are raped or gangbanged, it's rarely the case where the doujinshi mangaka will write a story that even tries to be believable along with the original work.

    I've never read this, so maybe someone can enlighten me. Why read this over an actual hentai? Does it actually have a good story on top of all the naked ladies or is it just a fanservice overload without actual mosaic sex?

    It actually has plot!!! Which missed by many.
    Despite a lot of extra cock tease story inside, the actual story is a plot & mission to have the protagonist to become the king of harem!
    See, it's not a cliche story right, it's original + the awesome drawing and constant softcore comedy. And you as the reader not only enjoying the bubble, sfx and the drawing (of course!), you actually have to be focus on the detail! like hidden picture in some of the panel.

    Even if it had as much plot as a hentai... you have to try and understand the appeal that ecchi can have over hentai. I mean, not everyone in the world can get themselves to enjoy something like hardcore porn, many people have their own mental sexual barriers and fetishes.
