Looks closer? Except for Kuroneko's scene in the gaming club (which had most of Sena's part cut), basically everything in the chapter was non-canon.
Not saying it won't be faithful, but in the first chapter almost nothing was.
It felt like a recap episode to me. "In case you're watching Oreimo for the first time, this is how the characters normally behave", which is sort of a luxury, considering that they're trying to cram the rest of the material into 16 episodes.

Her role increases towards the end. She sort of becomes the main antagonist.

As in, she opposes Kirino and Kyousuke being anything more than normal siblings and she's the reason why Kyousuke went from an outgoing, "cool" big brother (in the eyes of Kirino), to the boring simpleton person that he was at the beginning of the show.
