An official Capcom ranking of the most beloved Street Fighters has been attracting attention – mainly for the yawning and rather embarrassing (though to whom is perhaps open to question) gulf between the preferences of Japanese and Americans, with obscure schoolgirls easily ousting the likes of Ryuken…
America and Europe select a muscular selection of bruisers:

Karin was fun to use in alpha 3. It's like fei long but with 100% more flair.
I'd rather Karin shows up in Tekken X Street Fighter. Her moves are more suitable for Tekken's engine.
I'm not gonna ask for R. Mika, I don't want to see her in the current ugly style. Hoping for her to be early in the SF5 roster!

This better mean that Capcom will be making the next SF much more sexier and lady-filled. SF4, doesn't matter what anyone says about the gameplay, it looked horrid. Chun-li even had man hands.
1)The west has a much bigger street fighter fanbase, so I highly doubt Capcom will change their formula all that much and any time soon, changes that will please some of the Japanese fans may have somewhat of a negative effect on the western fans, so more sexier and lady-filled....... a bit sexier maybe (but NEVER on the levels of dead or alive, I'm sure of that) but more laddy-filled.... yeah not happening, Street Fighter will never have a equal ratio of male and female character, let alone a "female majority" roster.
2)Chun-li is a martial artist, and unless you dont know its only natural for her to have muscular and somewhat manly arms. Intensive martial arts training results in ....well, muscles, regardless of gender.

this is their major weakeness! Different from snk (hotaru, li xiagfei, rimururu, nakoruru, akari) and arc system (may, platinum, trap-bridget-trap), capcom don't have lolis! I guess even 3D fg (tekken, virtua fighter) probably have some lolis on it!

Ayane and Kokoro seem to be the most popular
Soul Calibur 5 traded in a lot of their women for younger girls too, but they took out their most lolirific and moe characters in Talim and Amy, no wonder it did worse in Japan. SC4 had it all.
SF is a Gar-fest, and now even SF4 has made many of their women seem more manly. Ingrid would look so weird if she was in it.
