Half of these are really obvious. There are *much* better choices for nearly every one they listed.
Just two quick ones:
2. Haruka Tomastsu: Morgiana and Asuna sound very similar. They should have gone with Hitei-hime (Katanagatari), Takatsuki Ichika (Ano Natsu de Matteru) and Rindou Ranmaru (Binbougami ga!)
Or how about,
7. Kana Hanazawa: Hyuuga Mahiru (Kami-sama Dolls) and Hasegawa Kobato (Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai)

I'm not sure which role I'd put opposite, but for Sawashiro Miyuki I'd pick Apo (Uchuu Kyoudai). My personal list includes Okamoto Nobuhiko as Accelerator (Index) and Otonashi Io (Acchi Kocchi), and Mizuhashi Kaori has quite the range even without going outside of Madoka (in addition to Mami, she voiced Kaname Tatsuya and Walpurgis Night).

I don't know many of her roles, but she surprised me in Gundam 00 when comparing her performance in the first season where Luise Halevy was a spoiled brat and then in the second when she went batshit-insane and killed Neena Trinity. That sent cold chills down my spine. She's awesome.
Oh, and Taokaka from BlazBlue? A bag of laughs.

I'm surprised Kugimiya Rie isn't on the list. If they didn't know I doubt anyone would realize that Alphonse(FMA), Karin(Bleach), Nemu(Bleach), and Mizore(R+V) shared the same Seiyuu.
Funny thing is, she's so famous for her distinctive tsunderes that it's easy to forget how much range she has outside the archetype.
Take Taiga from ToraDora and Yuki from Saki. The characters are so different I don't feel like connecting them at all. And, boy, did that whoever it was several seconds' stand-in in Achiga-hen fell short.

Then you didn't listen to Kikuko Inoue's darker and more evil roles. Her voice sounds totally different than that of sweet and lovely Belldandy etc., e.g. in Kiddy Grade as Alv or Claymore's Miria. Who's deaf again?
A good example of Inoue's contrast: I-No from Guilty Gear.

Rei (Hayashibara Megumi) is Hello Kitty? Whoa. Still, I vote for Mitsuishi Kotono as Tsukino Usagi/Sailor Moon and Katsuragi Misato. I hope she does Usagi in the new Sailor Moon as well.
Megumi Hayashibara has more range of character types and voices (Female Ranma, Eva Unit 01, Ayanami Rei, PenPen, Lina Inverse, ...), but if you're going to be surprised by Mitsuishi Kotono, be surprised by the difference between Sailor Moon and Ebichu. Yes, Ebichu. The porno hamster.
