Surprised to see Ga Rei Zero in the list. But yeah, I would like it or at least the continuation…
OH Wow! some anime from recent past were included and not just what is on right now. it’s a hopefull sign.
A lot of these choices show that they’re on the list because of their original and not how well they would fit into a movie length. Fate/Zero would be horribly rushed as a movie, same for Code Geass R2.
And let’s be honest, after the fiasco with the Death Note recaps, we don’t want movies that recap shows.
On the other hand, some choices show knowledge of the type of the show and/or the future for the series. Hyouka has a format that would go over well in a movie and the SAO light novels had an arc that was so filled with action, spanning only a few days to begin with, that it could be turned into a movie as well.
