There haven't been many tender moments with Rika. Sena, Yozora, and even Yukimura have had more character development.
Sena has her rich-girl persona and is a legitimate tsundere. Yozora has her childhood days she spent with Kodaka as well as her teasing of Sena. And Yukimura has her gender identity problems as well as her idolization of her "aniki".
All we know about Rika is that she's a genius and horny fujoshi. Kinda hard for a character to be popular when it hasn't been developed much.
Have you read the novels at all? Even the anime is pushing some development with Rika. I really adore her character because she's actually an insightful person and wants Kodaka to quit with his bullshit.
I'm happy. Yozora is... well yozora and i just can't stand her. Rika is just lame.

Sorry this is just my opinion. We all got our owns and even if your character didn't make it to the top of the list does not mean your fav chara sucks or your taste sucks. so chill out. take a deep breath exit this list and continue enjoy your character like you did before this list. it did not change a thing. see?
I like Yozora, I tend to prefer her over Sena.
I'm actually more disturbed at Maria being on this list, as I tend to view her as a 'supporting character' and she's rather young...

I liked Sena when she was first shown in the anime, but after reading the light novels and then watching the anime again. Her character just became annoying, this is my opinion though. I feel like you would need to read the later volumes of the novel to see what I mean though.

one thing is for certain at least. He have always showed more feelings for Sena than Yozora.
So Yozora is already freindzoned, while Sena still have a huge chance.

There is a character named Natsuki, from the other Minami family, but the kanji on the ranking is supposed to be read as Kana.

BTW my favorites from this season are Shiori from Tamako Market and Himawari from Vividred.
Yozora may have her issues but she has the potential to be a good character.
It seems the author enjoys making her look like a big shithead that clings to the past though.
