This time it is seiyuu fans who have rendered their verdict on 2012 – specifically on which of the latest crop of seiyuu have made the most progress since their arrival, with the top spot unsurprisingly going to the rookie whose performance did so much for the ascent of Sword Art Online to hit franchise status…
1. Yoshitsugu Matsuoka (Kirito – SAO, Sorata – Pet na Kanojo)
2. Maaya Uchida (Rikka – Moebyou, Rea – Sankarea)
3. Kaori Ishihara (Aladdin – Magi, Madoka – Lagrange)
4. Asami Seto (Konatsu – Tari Tari, Ran – Lagrange)
5. Natsumi Takamori (Mei – Another, Misaki – Pet na Kanojo)
6. Ayane Sakura (Mari – Joshiraku, Miyabi – Imouto ga Iru)
7. Chinatsu Akasaki (Kill Me Baby – Yasuna, Shinka – Moebyou)
8. Ryota Ohsaka (Akihito – Oniai, Yuki – Tsuritama)
9. Yumi Uchiyama (Momoji – Binbougami-ga!, Arata – Saki)
10. Mariko Nakatsu (Nanami – Pet na Kanojo, Erika – Ginga-e-Kickoff!)
ishihara kaori so high.. i am so.. so happy. i’ve followed her since day one of her idol career, before she was a seiyuu, so i’m almost crying tears of joy over this
I don’t think these voice actor are not doing all that bad.
These rookies actually did really good to voice them.
I can’t see it wrong and we will see more of SAO later on.
I love Rikka as well.
Lagrange is such a good anime as well thanks to Ishihara and Seto.
Nothing wrong with this lists so all good.
It is quite rare that I can agree with a list, but with this one, I do. They all deserve it, I loved all their voice work! 🙂

Crappy list. Where’s Ibuki Kido from Oniichan Dakedo sure the show wasn’t that great but that young seiyuu put in one heck of a performance as the perverted sister.
