Usually a females mouth goes from high under the nose to low at the back of the jaw making a downward slope on both sides of the upper lip. Variation is about 2 inches in tilt. Amazingly it also looks like the view of something else on a womans body when something is going in it.

Some of the best cosplay's I've seen were actually done by non Japanese.
The best Saber,Brenkastel,Lambdadelta,Flandre and Alice cosplays I seen were by Westerners.
