Well, the point is probably that Nyaruko is loli territory. I don't think even sankaku trolls have much to say about cosplayers'age per se until 25 at least.
To me frankly she doesn't look very much nyaruko-like, but it's specific, not general.
I personally don't think it works simply because Nyaruko is pretty much skinny to the point of being boney...So I'd say if anything Necoco (or whatever of the multiple names I see for her is...) And I'm not saying that she's fat/not skinny. But hey it's Cosplay, so it's not a bad attempt at all.
