sugar coating this anime with moe doesn't really make the storyline and the entire theme easier to swallow. calling having an active imagination a "sickness" on top of a plot which basically amounts to the complete soul crush of an innocent young girl... this show is as barbaric as those camps aiming to "cure" homosexuality. i sincerely hope they somehow turn this whole clusterfk around.
This is not a good 'character-driven' anime. If you want that, go watch Honey and Clover. This show (along with every KyoAni show) is just garbage, with entirely unrealistic and unconvincing characters who only appeal to you because they follow retarded anime conventions.

Chuunibyou is easily the best Moe anime since Denpa onna. It actually has plot, likeable characters, humour that doesn't make you not roll your head in agony and even some romance thrown in for good measure.
